Position Title: Project Coordinator – Delivery / Business Analyst – Delivery Reports to: Project Manager / Delivery Manager Performance Reviews: Annual Type of Position: Full-time Experience Needed: 3-5Yr’s

Strategic Importance of this Role to the Company

Role includes working closely with our Project Managers to prepare System Requirement Specification (SRS), comprehensive action plans, project plan, including resources, timeframes and budgets of project. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule, monitor progress and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Awareness on latest technology and trends is added advantage for this position. Excellent written communication and documentation skill is highly expected for this role.

Responsibilities in this position are:

1. Project Coordinator – Delivery:

  • Monitor project progress and assess risks proactively
  • Assist PM/PLs on their daily project tasks
  • Coordinate and communication with customer on their queries
  • Solution Focussed approach for challenging situations
  • Mail daily progress report as required to all stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly plan and progress of project
  • Demo/Walk through of projects
  • Show Solutions demonstration to customers & prospects
  • Guide development team from a customer perspective
  • Test application using use cases
  • Prepare monthly plan and progress of project
  • SRS and other document preparation and maintenance
  • System flow preparation and update as progresses
  • Maintain consolidated project plan and alert the team if any deviation in the plan
  • Prepare and share Monthly reports to management
  • Prepare and share marketing collaterals such as Case Studies, News, Blog and Quora answers
  • Involve in presales demo and presentation preparation

2. Provide WOW! Customer Service:

  • Acknowledge and Address client queries within TAT (Turn Around Time)
  • Provide clarity in all responses (written & verbal) and reduce iterations
  • Clarify any doubts without any assumption
  • Proactive project status update to all stakeholders
  • Discuss weekly plan with customers proactively
  • Share suggestions and improvements in current system
  • Educate non-technical customers on technology impact and their business benefits
  • Work towards building a cordial relationship with customer
  • Schedule & have project review meetings without fail
  • Follow up customer for monthly feedback ratings
  • Give due respect to customer feedback and act on the same
  • Arrange team meeting with customer
  • Work on confidence building activities at regular intervals

3. Learning Program:

Monthly / Quarterly learning program is organized / offered (such as webinars, Learning sessions, Storytelling) to learn new methodologies and to adapt with the current market condition & to improve professional growth opportunities.

4. Centre of Excellence

Be part of Marketing & Presales Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, work on new strategy for marketing our products and services. Arrive at improved and alternative thinking for promotional activity of our services. Involve in all marketing and delivery related brain storming sessions, share your ideas, add value to your role and responsibility.

5. Lead Measures-Critical Driver’s (Do This):

  • Attend daily and regular meetings
  • Customer centric approach
  • Proactive engagement with Marketing & Sales team to win orders
  • Planning for the day: Set top tasks and high priority tasks for the day
  • On-time completion of tasks as per set TAT
  • Do continuously monitor the project tasks as per the plan
  • Proactive Root Cause Analysis for any deviations / complaints / Escalation
  • Regular update to all stakeholders

6. Lag Measures-Key Performance Indicators (Get This):

  • Project sign off on-time & with high quality
  • Nil escalations and complaints from Clients
  • Positive monthly feedback rating above 90%
