New hires will undergo one-on-one mentoring program to advance their career, leadership and diversity of skills they need to succeed as per their role expectation. We will measure and monitor the new joiners performance, collect regular feedback & give work assignments that showcase their performance, their readiness to take on greater responsibilities by adding value through their career with us.
